This case series underscores the benefits of LRDN, demonstrating its safety, efficacy, and rapid recovery profile. The absence of complications and consistent early discharge highlight the advantages of this minimally invasive approach. Although the retroperitoneoscopic approach is a relatively novel technique and is associated with a learning curve, our experience demonstrates that it is both feasible and reproducible when performed with appropriate expertise, supporting its wider adoption and further development as an effective approach for living donor nephrectomy.
