Conclusions

In summary, children under 10 years of age show notably higher age‐standardized incidence and death rates of CNS tumors, and the increasing burden in countries with lower sociodemographic index levels calls for focused attention on these young and vulnerable populations. Although global ASIR and ASDR are projected to decline by 2036, the disparities across regions remain concerning. These findings highlight the need for targeted public health strategies, equitable resource allocation, and strengthened international cooperation to reduce disease burden and improve cancer care outcomes.
