Currently, this patient's diffuse osteosclerosis has remained stable on serial CT imaging over 14 months, and she remains asymptomatic in relation to her bone disease. She is currently under regular hematology outpatient surveillance for development of “B” or “C” symptoms, which may require systemic cytoreductive therapy.
