The patient provided informed consent for all clinical procedures, including seton placement, radiation therapy, and subsequent surgical management, as part of routine clinical care. For publication, the patient provided separate written informed consent after being counseled on the purpose of the report, the information to be disclosed, and the measures taken to protect anonymity. No identifiable images or details are included. Consistent with Dartmouth Health policy, the IRB determined that single‐patient case reports with fully deidentified information do not require formal IRB review.
