Umbilical endometriosis is an uncommon but important differential diagnosis of umbilical masses in women of reproductive age, particularly in those with prior abdominal surgery. Cyclical symptoms should raise clinical suspicion. Complete surgical excision with histopathological confirmation provides definitive diagnosis and effective treatment, especially in large lesions with fascial involvement.
