Disclosure of funding

N.F.D. was funded by the institutional Rahel Hirsch and Lydia Rabinowitsch scholarships, and received public body funding for the project GoSafe (Horizon, 2020). No funding bodies had any role in study design, data collection and analysis, decision to publish, or preparation of the manuscript.
