In conclusion, the integrated cerebral protection and active steering directional puncture system developed in this study provides a potential solution to the core clinical dilemma of mutual exclusivity between intraoperative protection and procedural access in ISF, enabling both whole procedure cerebral protection and precision puncture. Preclinical experiments indicate that this system has promising efficacy and favorable immediate biosafety, offering a novel approach for supra-aortic branch reconstruction with potential for clinical translation.
