Conclusions

The correlation between the Q-angle and ICD suggests that these parameters represent distinct aspects of knee alignment and independently contribute to knee biomechanics. These findings emphasize the importance of a comprehensive assessment of lower limb alignment, including both angular and linear parameters. The study provides valuable normative data for the adult Indian population and highlights the need for further research to explore dynamic and functional aspects of knee biomechanics.
