Conclusions

Recurrent upper GI bleeding requires careful reassessment even when an initial cause has been identified. This case highlights the rare sequential occurrence of Dieulafoy’s lesion and gastric GIST in the same anatomical region. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining diagnostic vigilance and a multidisciplinary approach in patients with recurrent or atypical GI bleeding.
