Our mobile application ToD was developed to facilitate on-site time of death estimation based on the compound method, addressing the limitations of traditional manual methods. Designed to assist forensic pathologists during investigations, the app provides a more convenient approach to postmortem interval assessment in the field. Built using the Flutter framework, the application ensures platform independence, allowing deployment on both iOS and Android devices. Its integrated calculation engine operates entirely offline, eliminating the need for an internet connection while delivering rapid and reliable time of death estimates. This design guarantees that forensic professionals can perform critical computations in real-time with consistent performance.
