The present study highlights the clinical value of PSPs in the context of abemaciclib treatment. Episodes of diarrhea were mostly mild (grade 1–2), and no patients had to discontinue treatment due to this adverse event. Patients reported high satisfaction with the PSP, good adherence, and favorable quality of life, supporting the integration of the PSP in clinical practice. Therefore, programs offering nutritional and adverse event management recommendations can be valuable in improving patient care and preventing treatment discontinuation. These findings may inform the broader implementation of PSPs across clinical settings and contribute to future oncology care strategies.
