This series highlights the insidious musculoskeletal presentation of breast cancer metastases and the benefits of prompt imaging and collaborative care. Clinicians should suspect metastases in patients with a cancer history and unexplained pain, ordering an MRI for red flags like progression despite conservative treatment. Integrative chiropractic care can be considered as a post-oncologic stabilization part of the oncology rehabilitation team to enhance quality of life.
