As a technically elegant and low‐cost preclinical model with a novel continuous ICP monitoring device, the ACS injury model and pressure measurement device developed in this study have significant advantages in simulation realism, operational simplicity, and data integrity. The comprehensive analysis of pressure, blood flow, tissue morphology, and biochemical indexes in the model further revealed the pathophysiological mechanism of ACS, and provided new ideas and methods for the early diagnosis and optimization of treatment strategies for ACS.
